Integration Guide Sessions are sacred support spaces for clients moving through deep transformation after plant medicine journeys, clinical ketamine sessions, breathwork, energy work, or major life transitions. As your private guide, I help you safely translate expanded awareness into embodied change—through nervous system regulation, grounded rituals, movement, nourishment, boundaries, and lifestyle alignment—so the healing becomes sustainable in real life.
For clients participating in clinically supervised ketamine therapy, these sessions offer private preparation and post-journey integration support designed to help you process insight, reconnect to the body, and anchor lasting shifts with clarity and intention.
Sessions: 60 minutes
Investment: $222 per session
Booking: Virtual or private in-person by request. Available as single sessions or 4-session integration containers for deeper medicine support.
